Generally, on each of the days Monday through Saturday, I row a Concept II rowing machine for at least one hour--usually in three or four sessions with an expenditure of at least 12 calories per minute for each session for a daily total of at least 720. On 1997 Dec 24, at the end of my regular aerobics and weight training workout, I rowed 2,000 meters in 8 minutes 30.8 seconds (my best time yet).
